INDUSTRIES
WHO WE SERVE
Captivate Exhibits has been in the trade show business for over 30 years, and we’ve been working with a wide variety of clients in many industries throughout those years. And that just naturally gives us plenty of experience in a lot of different areas. This experience gives us a very diverse skillset that is a valuable asset that will benefit our clients.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The Food and Beverage business is a huge industry that is going through many changes. Food and beverage companies like to share insights and learn about the newest products and services, and they also like to demonstrate their products at shows, and some like to serve samples. This usually requires counters, coolers, ovens and butcher block tables. So along with impactful printed images, clean serving areas and customer-friendly meeting areas, we design and build exhibits that will show off their products and enhance their brands.
Food and Beverage shows include Fancy Foods, Pizza Expo, IDDBA, the Boston Seafood Show, and the Specialty Coffee Association show.
MANUFACTURING
The Manufacturing industry puts on numerous trade shows throughout the year, showcasing new products and technologies. And because of the size of many of the products displays, these shows can be extremely large and complicated, with many large pieces of equipment that need to be spread out. They use their booth space to show off their machines and products, adding additional elements such as large format graphics, reception counters and meeting rooms to round out their exhibit space. Special needs come up often, such as structurally reinforced product displays, heavy lifting forklifts and 208 3-phase power, with the exhibit reflecting the industry with straight-forward, honest and bold designs.
Manufacturing shows include MinExpo, ConExpo, IMTS, Pack Expo, Fabtech and Power-Gen.
SPORTS AND RECREATION
The Sports and Recreation business is a growing industry, with consumers enjoying sports and outdoor activities in huge numbers. The recreation industry is a heavy hitter adding to the nation’s economy, with spending reaching over $700 billion each year.
Our clients in the sports and recreation industry like to have fun. And they reflect that approach in their exhibits and events. Many of the major shows are open to the public, which puts our clients’ products right into the hands of the people who use them. Interactive product demonstrations are the hallmark of our clients. They will get attendees to stay longer in the booth by challenging them with games of skill and chance. Bright, impactful lifestyle images are often used to show how people can enjoy themselves while using the various products.
Shows in the Sports and Recreation area include the Shot Show, ICAST, the Miami International Boat Show, Outdoor Retailer Show and the Big Rock Shows.
HEALTHCARE
The Healthcare trade show industry is one of the largest and fastest growing industries today. Every year, there are hundreds of healthcare trade shows and conventions across the globe, with thousands of companies exhibiting and hundreds of thousands of attendees. These shows are successful because they incorporate educational sessions along with showcasing the latest happenings in the medical industry.
Many of our healthcare exhibitors like clean, efficient designs in their exhibits. Solid structures, bold colors, well-produced video productions on hi-res LCD screens and brightly lit displays. This simple, clean look reflects the fresh, hygienic nature of modern healthcare today. The exhibits offer flexibility to engage the attendees with up-to-date and clutter free environments that are always informative and often interactive.
Healthcare shows include HIMSS, RSNA and the Medical Design & Manufacturing Show (MD&M).
CONSTRUCTION
The Construction industry continues to grow, and the construction trade shows are growing with it. The constant change and continual industry updates require the attendees to stay up to date with the new products and technologies. Construction trade shows are filled with education opportunities with practical product and service solutions for your construction business success.
With everything from accredited courses, networking opportunities and special events, these power packed programs are designed with the architect, engineer and commercial building teams in mind.
Some examples of construction shows include The International Builders Show, World of Concrete, World of Asphalt, Neocon and ConExpo Con/Agg.
ADVERTISING AND MARKETING AGENCIES
We also partner with Advertising and Marketing Agencies, helping them to drive results and showcase their clients’ brands and products. Our key strengths work well with their integrated approach when collaborating on projects.
Many of our experiential projects are produced working closely with agencies where we serve as their production team. These elements could include printing graphics, fabricating support structures, setting up audio visual components and product displays along with suppling installation labor and arranging the shipping.
Events include South x Southwest (SXSW), Consumer Electronics Show (CES), and Summerfest.
CONSUMER GOODS
Consumer Goods shows can range from small, local events to large, international shows that attract attendees from far and wide. These shows and events are open to the public, where consumers can meet face-to-face with the manufacturers and see the products up close. The exhibiting companies can gather consumer trends, build relationships, and learn best practices.
The exhibits and displays tend to be open and inviting while being informative, often times including demonstration areas and retail counters to make purchases.
Events include the Bassmaster Classic, National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM Show), the Sturgis Rally, the US Concealed Carry Expo, Auto Shows and various Home and Remodeling Shows.
Captivate Exhibits works across many industries including Automotive, Energy, Technology, Financial, Consumer Goods and among others.
Working in many different industries is linked to our adaptability where the level of shift needed reflects our degree of flexibility.
